How It Works
Service Made For Creativity
Service 01
On-Demand Manufacturing
For customers who already have a print-ready model.
Submit your file
Send the printable model and tell us the quantity you need.
Select specifications
Choose material, color, finish, and process - or let us recommend them.
Manufacturability review
We review the model for printability, orientation, supports, and likely production issues.
Approve and produce
After quote approval, the parts are manufactured, inspected, packed, and shipped.
Service 02
Custom Part Design
No CAD model required. Start with a sketch, measurements, photos, a broken component, or a clear description of what the part needs to do.
Share the idea
Send sketches, measurements, photos, reference parts, and functional requirements.
Project review
We clarify fit, function, tolerances, material, finish, quantity, and any unknowns.
Design quote
You receive an estimate before design work begins.
Design and prototype
We create the part and produce a test-fit prototype where appropriate.
Test and revise
You review fit and function so required changes can be addressed before final production.
Produce and ship
Once approved, we manufacture the requested quantity and ship the finished order.
Service 03
Complete Project
For larger ideas involving multiple components, assemblies, iterative prototypes, or a broader manufacturing plan.
Project brief
Tell us what you want to build and provide any sketches, references, requirements, or existing files.
Scope and quote
We define the project scope, expected deliverables, timeline, and estimated cost.
Prototype and review
Major components and assemblies are developed and tested in stages where the project requires it.
Finalize and deliver
Approved components are produced, inspected, assembled when included in scope, and prepared for delivery.
Quality Standards
Every project receives a human review
We review the information you provide before final pricing and production so important assumptions can be identified early.
Project review
Dimensions, intended use, geometry, tolerances, and manufacturing requirements are reviewed.
Material and process review
FDM, resin, material, orientation, and finish are selected around the job rather than by default.
Final inspection
Finished parts are visually checked and measured where the project requires it.
